Richie Sambora

Woodbridge is a township in Middlesex County, NJ. The township was the sixth-populous municipality. Which it held the same ranking a decade earlier. It was the site of the first gristmill in NJ.  The township is the oldest original township in New Jersey. It was granted a royal charter on June 1, 1669 and is named after the Reverend John W. Woodbridge.

Every summer the town has their summer concert series at Woodbridge High School. There are local bands, tribute bands, country and many more. Middlesex County is home to two big rock musicians, Richie Sambora and Jon Bon Jovi. Richie Sambora was the lead guitarist in the rock band Bon Jovi. He is also a producer, songwriter and singer. He returned to his hometown (Woodbridge) to take a picture with a sign they put up for him and visit the students of his old high school, Woodbridge High.

There is Merrill Park and Animal Haven, where you can see peacocks, horses, chickens, ect. You can enjoy a picnic by a nice size wooden playground for the kids to go play on. Woodbridge has it all from downtown Main St. with popular spots to the Woodbridge Center Mall where you can find just about anything. It is 1.5 million square feet of jam packed stores and a play area for kids with a carousel.
